Who am I

Leading Holistic Therapist, Relationship Soul Activator, Divorce Recovery Coach & Author Zelda Marsh

I am just like you, a human being that cares for myself and my health. I have lived a life of fight or flight and having experienced much pain, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, because of my traumatic past.
I stumbled across Indian Head massage while studying for health and fitness studies, and I was drawn to aromatherapy, reflexology, sports therapies and beauty therapies. I was blown away by the results of the Indian head treatment and decided that holistic therapies were a lifestyle I was going to live and practice in.
I am passionate about taking complementary or natural therapies to heal myself, live a natural healthy life, and become a practitioner to help others heal too.

Champissage

Also known as Indian head massage, is an ancient technique used in India for over 1000 years.

The true origins lie in the ancient system of medicine, known as Ayurveda.

Which was developed by the holy men from the Himalayan region of India around 1800 bc.

I promote holistic living, using meditation, diet, exercise, massage, and herbal oils to create harmony.

It was initially a 'head' only treatment to improve Indian women's hair condition and growth.

In the 1970s, Narendra Mehta introduced this technique to the western world. By opening up a London centre of Indian head massage.

Today the techniques have evolved to include the neck, shoulders, arms and face, working with the energy fields to combat stress in the muscles.

It is non-invasive and requires no special equipment; this can be performed anywhere, especially in offices and open stalls.

An Indian head massage is a short and effective treatment lasting around 15 to 25 minutes, but don't be fooled by the shortness of this procedure as it is one mighty powerhouse of a cure for many ailments.

Generally, an Indian head massage is enough to have as a treatment by itself, as offered as an addition to a whole-body massage can provide you with too much stimulation and can leave you feeling lightheaded and out of balance.
